"Don't worry, that doesn't mean that the knob doesn't fit! You can find out in just a few steps whether the knob fits your fishing reel:"

1. Loosen the knob: Take a closer look at your knob on the fishing reel. Many knobs have a cap that you can either carefully pry out with a screwdriver or pull out with a small needle.

2. Bolt or Rivet?: Under the cap, there is either a bolt or the knob is riveted. If you see a bolt – BRAVO, the knob can be removed! If you don't see a bolt, but a rivet, it is a riveted crank, which occurs in very inexpensive fishing reels and is unfortunately not compatible.

3. Remove knob: Loosen the screw with a screwdriver to remove the knob. Then measure the shaft on which the knob sits. It should not be longer than 27.5 mm and have a diameter of 4 mm.
