The questions I’m asked most often

Does this really fit my Reel?

Yes. Select your Reel in the Reel Finder, and you’ll only see parts listed for your exact model. If you’re unsure, just send me the model and year, and I’ll check myself.

Can I install it myself?

In most cases, yes. Most customers need 15 to 20 minutes. If you don’t want to do the installation yourself, send me your Reel and I’ll install it for you.

Does tuning DC reels actually make any difference?

The DC brake is electronic and remains untouched. However, the spool bearings, handle, and handle knobs can be improved just like those on any other baitcaster—and that’s exactly where the smoothness and casting distance come from.

What if something doesn’t fit or work?

Send me an email with your order number. We’ll always find a solution, whether that means an exchange, the correct size, or a refund.
