🔧 What happens to your reel? – Every step in detail:

1️⃣ Arrival & Initial Assessment:
You send us your baitcaster reel (preferably insured). We receive it, conduct a preliminary inspection, and test its operation – so we know what’s going on.

2️⃣ Complete Disassembly:
We disassemble your reel down to the last screw. Only then can we access everything – even places you probably have never seen.

3️⃣ Deep Cleaning Inside:
Deposits, dirt, old grease, and oil are thoroughly removed – from the inside. Not a grain remains untouched.

4️⃣ Damage Check:
We carefully check all components for damage or wear. If something is wrong, we will contact you in advance – promise.

5️⃣ Ultrasonic Cleaning:
All parts receive a professional ultrasonic bath – no Q-tip involved. This ensures maximum deep cleanliness and a foundation like fresh from the factory.

6️⃣ Lubricating & Caring:
All moving parts are treated with fresh grease or oil – exactly where it belongs. No generic lubrication, but real attention to detail.

7️⃣ Ball Bearing Care with Premium Oil:
The ball bearings are individually checked and treated with high-quality premium oil. Depending on the reel model, we adjust the viscosity individually, so your reel runs like on rails afterwards.

8️⃣ Optional Installation of Tuning Parts:
If you have ordered knobs, handles, or drag clickers, we will install them without additional effort – since the reel is already open. (Please select tuning parts separately in the shop.)

9️⃣ Reassembly & Final Checks:
The reel is reassembled with finesse and subjected to a detailed functionality test. We listen, feel, and check – with experience and a touch of obsession.

🔁 And then?
Off it goes – back to you, ready for the next use at the water.
