Maintenance service Baitcaster reel

You can have your baitcasting reel serviced by us, we provide your treasure with a complete pampering program. (current processing time approx. 6 - 8 weeks)

The roller maintenance consists of the following steps:

1. You send your roll(s) to us (preferably insured).
2. We will take your role at the reception and carry out an assessment and test of the run. 
3. Your fishing reel will be completely disassembled.
4. Deposits, dirt, old oil and grease are removed from the outside and inside of the roll. 
5. The roll is checked for any damage.
6. All parts receive a professional ultrasonic bath for deep cleaning
7. Moving parts are re-oiled or greased.
   
8. All ball bearings are checked and re-oiled; only the finest premium oil is used here. The viscosity varies depending on the model in order to get the best possible performance for you. 
9. If desired, additional tuning or custom parts can be installed | see additional services
10. Roll is assembled.
11. Detailed functional test.
12. Roll will be sent back to you.

Once we have your gem lying on the operating table, we can also implant new "organs" into it.

These can be custom parts such as knobs, handles or star brakes and tuning parts such as drag clickers and ball bearings.

These services are cheaper in conjunction with the maintenance service cheaper because we Here, if the fishing reel is already open, the effort is less for us.

Please note that additional costs may arise for you, which are caused by the installation of new parts or by work that is not included in the scope of services. We will contact you beforehand in such a case to find a solution for you. 

Important note about repairs: If there is a defect in your reel, we will try to fix it to the best of our knowledge and belief. Please note, however, that there is no claim or right that the defect will actually be remedied. These repair services are outside of the maintenance services described and are therefore not guaranteed. Of course, we will inform you if we cannot fix the defect and work together to find a suitable solution.
