Shipping policy

Payment and Delivery

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place within Germany 

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 

We deliver our packages climate-neutral, with DHL GoGreen.

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 per order.

For orders over €100.00, we offer free shipping within Germany.

International deliveries:

We charge flat-rate shipping costs for international deliveries as follows:

Delivery within the EU: €13.99 Package

 

 


Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1 - 4 days, and for international deliveries within 2 - 8 days after contract conclusion (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

The return shipment of sent fishing reels is at the customer's risk. We ship the reels with a reliable shipping service provider. We are not liable for loss or damage during shipping unless we are at fault (e.g., gross negligence in packaging or incorrect addressing). Higher insurance can be arranged upon request.
