Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to the countries listed below.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We ship our parcels climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

  • Shipping costs: 4,99 € per order
  • From an order value of 80,00 €, we deliver free of shipping costs within Germany.

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping abroad is carried out with DHL Express (including shipment tracking). The shipping costs depend on the order value:

EU countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus) as well as Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican City:

  • Order value up to 49,99 €: 14,95 €
  • Order value from 50,00 € to 149,99 €: 9,95 €
  • From an order value of 150,00 €: free shipping

Switzerland: 20,00 CHF, free shipping from an order value of 190,00 CHF.

United Kingdom and Liechtenstein: 19,95 €, free shipping from an order value of 200,00 €.

Norway, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus: 19,95 €, free shipping from an order value of 250,00 €.

Turkey, Israel, Georgia, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Russia: 24,95 €.

Canada, Japan, Mexico and countries in Asia and the Middle East (e.g. India, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia): 28,95 €.

All other delivery countries (including Australia, New Zealand, South America, Africa, Caribbean): 39,95 €.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and fees may also apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are borne by the recipient.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within 1 - 4 days for domestic deliveries (Germany) and within 2 - 8 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Return shipping of fishing reels sent in to us is at the customer's risk. We ship the reels with a reliable shipping service provider. We are not liable for loss or damage in transit unless we are at fault (e.g. gross negligence in packaging or incorrect addressing). Higher insurance can be taken out on request.
