Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract corresponds.
Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract specifies a specific date or period for the provision of the service.
The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service and started the execution only after the consumer has given explicit consent and simultaneously acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully fulfilled by the entrepreneur.
