Nays NDL

The Nays NDL is a pintail shad from Nays' finesse line. Designed for demanding predator anglers and suited for a wide range of finesse techniques: drop-shot, Carolina rig, Texas rig, free rig, or as a trailer on chatterbaits and spinnerbaits. Available in three lengths: 3.5, 4.3, and 5.0 inches, each with nine color patterns.

Construction and Material

The NDL is a no-action softbait in classic pintail shape: a slim fish-shaped body with pronounced Nays ribs on the sides that create pressure waves underwater even with minimal movement. The medium-length, thin tail ends in a small thickening with a slight inner curve, which is the NDL’s key feature: during the sinking phase, this tail shape produces a gentle, subtle vibration that provokes cautious predators to bite. The lure is infused with a natural shrimp scent and contains salt, which simultaneously increases casting weight and enhances the flavor stimulus for predators. Like all Nays softbaits, the NDL is made from an environmentally friendly material blend without harmful plasticizers, so it is completely phthalate-free.
