Nays MTL LF

The Nays MTL LF is a lead-free metal vibration bait and the power-fishing specialist in the Nays range. Its compact design achieves exceptionally long casting distances, while its high sinking speed allows large areas and deeper water layers to be searched quickly and efficiently. Available in two sizes, 45 and 65 mm, the MTL LF covers the entire range of predatory fish, from perch and zander to pike.

Construction and Material

The MTL LF is made entirely of lead-free metal, making it suitable for use in waters where lead is prohibited, such as Dutch tournaments and Scandinavian fishing spots. Its special feature is located on the back: three attachment points allow the lure to be clipped on at different positions, enabling its running depth and action to be precisely adjusted to the situation.

• Rear attachment point: strongest vibration and most aggressive action. Perfect for murky water, long distances, and days when the fish are reluctant to bite.

Action and Areas of Use

The MTL LF is designed for power fishing: quickly searching large areas, presenting the lure vertically in deeper water layers, and targeted jigging along the bottom. When retrieved, the metal body vibrates continuously and produces a strong pressure wave that attracts predators even over long distances. During stop-and-go retrieves, the lure sinks quickly and becomes active again immediately as soon as the line comes under tension.
