The Nays BLD RNNR LF is the lead-free development of the proven BLD RNNR. This Jig Spinner, also known as a Tailspinner, combines a larger silhouette with a ball-bearing spinner blade and delivers more pressure underwater as well as a significantly higher attraction effect on pike, zander, and perch.
The LF in the name stands for lead-free. Instead of lead, Nays uses a lead-free alloy. With the same casting weight, this results in a bulkier body that works much more visibly underwater. This allows the BLD RNNR LF to be used in Dutch fishing tournaments and Scandinavian waters where lead is not permitted. The newly developed profile also ensures controlled running and does not tangle with the main line, even during powerful casts.
The ball-bearing spinner blade generates a strong, consistent pressure wave underwater together with the new body. This combination reliably stimulates the lateral line organ of predators even in murky water or at dusk. The BLD RNNR LF runs smoothly with slow bait retrieval along the bottom as well as with fast speed jigging in midwater. This means a single lure covers most active predator fishing techniques from shore and boat.
The jig spinner is designed for various depths and speeds. Lazy fishing, jigging, steady reeling, and vertical presentation are all possible. The casting weight ranges from 7 to 21 g, covered by five levels each with a matching BKK treble hook size:
The BLD RNNR LF complements the classic BLD RNNR. Those who appreciate the predecessor get more volume, more pressure wave, and a lead-free design with the LF version, without sacrificing the proven casting distance and running characteristics of the series. Nine patterns and five weights make the BLD RNNR LF a complete tailspinner box for different waters and predator moods. The lead-free design places it in line with the Nays CRNK SR and the Nays CRNK DR, which also operate completely without lead.
