Gomexus Crank 110 mm Power Handle with 35 mm Flat Knobs

The Gomexus 110 mm Power Handle is the baitcaster handle for heavy lures: a long aluminum handle arm for maximum leverage and two 35 mm TPE Flat Knobs that you can wrap your whole hand around. Exactly what you need for swimbait, jerkbait, or bigbait fishing for pike.

Materials and workmanship

The handle arm is made of 7075 aluminum, one of the strongest aluminum alloys, and is extra thick in the middle to prevent it from twisting under load. The flat knobs are made of TPE, with a rubber-like grip but much greater rigidity and shape retention. The knobs run on Japanese NMB ball bearings, which last a long time and rotate smoothly under tension.

Ergonomics and feel

The long arm gives you significantly more power with every turn of the handle. You can retrieve large swimbaits, heavy jerkbaits, or spinnerbaits with plenty of water resistance without straining your hand, and you stay in control when fighting a fish. The Flat Knobs are flat and slightly concave, so you grip them with your whole hand rather than just your fingertips. The textured surface provides a secure grip even in the rain, with slime on your hands, or when your fingers are cold.

Recommended uses

The Power Handle is perfect for baitcasters used with heavy lures for pike fishing, bigbait and swimbait fishing, jerkbait fishing, and trolling or vertical fishing from a boat. The extra leverage also makes a real difference on larger Reels in saltwater. However, the arm is too long for very small BFS reels.

• 7x4 mm: Shimano baitcasters with a smaller handle hole, e.g. Curado, SLX, Metanium, Scorpion, Antares
• 8x5 mm: Daiwa (Tatula, Steez, Zillion, Ryoga), Abu Garcia Revo, and larger Shimano models such as the Tranx 300 to 500 or Calcutta Conquest 300 and 400
