The Roro Microcast DIY Titanium spool for the 17 CALCUTTA CONQUEST BFS CQ27 is a high-quality fishing reel tuning accessory designed specifically for demanding anglers. The spool is equipped with a short shaft made of a titanium alloy, which is known for its exceptional Strength and longevity is known. The special structure of the short shaft and the peek bar pinion ensures superior stability and outstanding performance at high speeds.
The Peek Bar Pinion is already included in the CQ27 and does not need to be purchased separately. However, note that you must install the Peek Bar Pinion before use.
The CQ27 comes with a stainless steel spool bearing, so you don't have to buy an additional bearing. However, if you want to upgrade the sideplate of your fishing reel, we recommend purchasing a 733 bearing. (SiC733, Stainless Steel733)
The Roro Microcast DIY Titanium spool is compatible with the SHIMANO 17 CALCUTTA CONQUEST BFS HG. Please note that they are not suitable for the ALDEBRAN BFS.
Weighing just 4.65 grams (with bearing) or 4.25 grams (without bearing) the spool is extremely light and nevertheless robust. The bobbin is made of high quality 7A19 aircraft aluminum and offers a outstanding stability and durability.
The spool is available in black, gold and red, offering you various options for customizing your fishing reel.
For optimal performance, we recommend using YGK
It is important to note that only PE lines are recommended for use with the Roro spool. Carbon fiber and nylon lines can easily damage the Microcast spool.
The recommended filling quantity of the PE cord is about 80% of the spool.
This spool is ideal for bait weights of 1.0-10.0 g.
Important: The Peek-Bar Pinion must be inserted through the ball bearing of the spool brake before inserting the spool. This is done by removing the spool brake cover and must be inserted as shown in the picture.
