The Fireline Microfused Dyneema technology ensures that the strands of Fireline are thermally fused together.
This results in an incredibly thin and extremely durable fishing line that is 3 to 4 times stronger than monofilament fishing line.

Because of the fusion, Fireline is especially smooth, sensitive, and abrasion-resistant.
This allows the braided line to glide almost frictionlessly through the rod guides and provides enormous casting distances.
