The Avail Microcast Spool 20MT is the ultimate tuning upgrade for your Shimano 20 Metanium & 22 Metanium. With this ultra-light spool made of Extra Super Duralumin, you will achieve improved casting performance, more sensitive control, and greater flexibility in choosing your braking system.
Available in two spool depths (2.4 mm & 4.2 mm), you can customize your setup to your fishing style – whether for finesse bass fishing with light lures or for lighter fluorocarbon setups for shads and hardbaits.

- Direct thumb pressure on the spool edge can damage the anodizing.
❗ Do not wind the cord too tightly! - Especially with nylon, excessive tension can lead to damage.
❗ Clean and oil the bearings before use! - Factory-applied rust protection grease – for optimal performance, please degrease & re-lubricate.

🔧 How to remove the SVS Infinity brake:
1️⃣ Use the SVS Infinity Puller (sold separately) to release the brake from the original spool.
2️⃣ Remove O-ring before transferring the SVS to the Microcast spool.
3️⃣ After assembly, reinstall the O-ring on the front side of the SVS to complete the conversion.
