"Don't worry, that doesn't necessarily mean that the knob doesn't fit! With a few simple steps, you can find out if the knob fits your fishing reel:"

1. Loosen the knob: Inspect your current knob. Many knobs have a cap that you can carefully remove with a screwdriver or a small needle.

2. Bolt or Rivet?: Under the cap, there is either a bolt or the knob is riveted. If you see a bolt – perfect, the knob can be removed! If there is a rivet, it is a riveted crank, which is usually found on cheaper reels and unfortunately is not compatible.

3. Remove knob and measure: Unscrew the knob and measure the shaft on which the knob sits. It should not be longer than 27.5 mm and have a diameter of 4 mm.
