The Spool from Ray´s Studios is an ultralight spool for your baitcaster reel.
With it, you can cast significantly lighter lures compared to the standard spool.
The Microcastspool weighs just 8.8 g with ball bearings.
Due to the low weight of the spool, it starts rotating very quickly, giving you enormous casting distances.
The optimal casting weight is between 1.5 g and 15 g.
The spool capacity for braided fishing line with the following line strengths is:
0.6 PE - 200 m (line strength approx. 4 kg)
1.0 PE - 120 m (line strength approx. 7 kg)
1.2 PE - 90 m (line strength approx. 9.2 kg)
