👉 Then replace Reel bearing on the Reel + Sideplate bearing.

➡️ No bearing directly visible?
👉 Then it sits under the Spool Tension Cap – here Cap bearing + Sideplate bearing need to be replaced.

💬 Here's how to find out:

1. Open the Sideplate (usually secured by brake screw)
2. Carefully remove the Reel
3. Check:

Is the bearing visible on the Reel? → Replace Reel + Sideplate bearing

No bearing visible? → Change tension cap + sideplate bearing

In many Tatula models the bearing is well hidden – better look twice!
