You can have your baitcaster reel serviced by us, we'll give your sweetheart an all-round pampering program.
The maintenance service consists of the following steps:
- Your reel will be completely disassembled (except Wormshaft).
- Deposits, dirt, old oil and grease are removed from the outside and inside of the reel.
- Reel is checked for any damage.
- Moving parts are new oiled or greased.
- All ball bearings are checked and re-oiled, only the finest premium oil from Glitchoil is used here. The viscosity varies depending on the model in order to get the best possible performance for you.
- Upon request, Tuning bearings Built from our shop.
- Roll being assembled.
- Detailed function test.
- Roll will be shipped back to you.
Please note that poss. You may incur additional costs resulting from the installation of new parts or from work that is not included in the scope of services. In such a case, we will contact you before to find a solution for you.
Please note that we share the shipping, which means you send your roll to us at your own expense and we will send it back insured at our expense. If you would like us to also take care of the shipping to us, we will charge €4.99 shipping costs.

Angemeldet, verschickt. Umgehend gab es eine Rückmeldung das die Rolle eingetroffen ist und der aktuelle Stand.
Sehr zeitnah wieder ne Info das die Rolle unterwegs ist.
Einziges Manko, ich bekam erst auf Rückfrage eine Info über die von mir geschilderten Probleme mit der Rolle. Wurde allerdings, auch trotz Sonntag sofort erledigt.
Alles in allem empfehlenswert und sehr kompetent.
