Die Kappe für die Spulenbremse hat leider nicht gepasst, was ABER nicht an RL-Angelrollentuning lag. Ein kurzes aber sehr freundliches Telefonat später war klar, ich brauche eine neue Rolle. Der Händler wollte für mich im Netz recherchieren und hatte auch noch andere Ideen um mir zu helfen. So ein Kundensupport ist heute leider nicht mehr oft zu finden. Einfach genial.
